HWH Leveling System Issue

I have a 2012 Newmar Ventana motorhome 4324 with the HWH computer controlled 725 series leveling system. My problem is the leveling jacks won't retract.
Sunday when leaving the campground i pushed the auto store button and the jacks began retracting but stopped before reaching the travel position. I releveled the coach and tried again, same thing. I got the operator"s manual out and used the manual procedure to retract the jacks.
Got the coach home and decided to see if the problem was maybe just a glitch in the system. Went to the storage unit and leveled the coach. Shut off the key then turned it back on and pushed the auto store button. The blue light above the button began flashing and i heard a click from under the front of the coach but nothing happened. So I went through the manual retract procedure but now the jacks will not retract. The coach is setting in the storage building with the jacks down and no way to get them up.
I called HWH yesterday and waiting on call back. Newmar said they had never heard of this problem because the manual procedure always worked. They also said they had heard that HWH had a 2week call return.
In the meantime I've called 2 RV mobile repair services and await there callback.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Tom

HWH jacks won't retract: I carry a 6' 2x4 and a block of wood to add pressure from below. This always works. Several years ago I had more powerful springs added to the jacks.

The most common problem with the HWH system is a main power solenoid that either fails or has burned contacts. All power to the hydraulic solenoid valves goes through the main power solenoid. The hydraulic valves have to stay powered open for the jacks to retract. If the problem is intermittent, then my bet is burned or corroded contacts. Here's a document that may help in troubleshooting.

Any time my ( HWH ) jacks have been extended for more that a week .

I clean the shafts before retracting .

Before I started cleaning , I used to have to pry the LR jack up .

When you say "manual," do you mean by using the "Up" switches on the control panel? If so, you should look for the MANUAL JACK RETRACTION topic in your owner's manual. HWH isn't always clear about the difference, but since the latter involves manually releasing the solenoid valves it is independent of everything electrical.

On some systems if you crank up and with foot on brake let emergency brake off it will retract jacks a safety feature.

When I said manual, I meant moving the cam lever on the individual valves to allow the oil to back flow through the valves...
Still won't retract....

Just making sure. I'm not 100% sure this is your problem, but see: https://www.hwhcorp.com/mi158813.pdf

Had to do the 2x4 method on my Phaeton often.

A liberal application of lithium spray lube won't hurt either. WD-40 is often suggested as well but that is a solvent so your washing away grit, grime and lube.
