HWH Leveling System issues...

Hey all I'm having an issue locating the fluid reservoir for my HWH. The manual states that it is a 610 computerized leveling system and that it is located near the pump/manifold. I found the pump/manifold (I think) just under the chassis A/C system in the front of the coach but from the top I did not see anything that looks like a tank anywhere near it... Its in a 1992 Fleetwood Southwind 29'.

Also does anyone know where I can get a replacement for the wiring harness for the control box (AP8106) for this system? Its the 3 prong connector. I went to HWH's site and could not find a part number reference for it. The PO pulled the brown ACC wire out of the connector somehow and I cant seem to find a way to get it back in. I thought it would just be easier to cut off the old connector and splice in a new one.

Thanks,
Jason

You know, sometimes you have to make a phone call. Call HWH and they will be more than willing to help you.

I sent them an email and am awaiting a reply... I was hoping someone around here had already been through something like this.

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Merddin,
Forget the email, call them. They should be able to tell you what the reservoir looks like. Where it is mounted would have been a choice of the chassis or coach manufacturer.

The MH is in storage for the winter and there is no phone service where it is. So I was hoping for an email to print thats a kind of road map. :-)

I did get a reply today and a helpful one at that. I can order a new harness for the wire.

I'll also email Fleetwood and see if they know where they were putting those tanks in 1992.

Has anyone had a wire get pulled out of one of those connectors and been able to get it back in?
