HWH Parts

One of my levelers isn't holding level. Shop tells me it should be replaced which I'm not opposed to. But, it was ordered from HWH 2 months ago and at that time shop says they could not get an estimated delivery date. Here we are and still no part or even a next week, next month, next year projection?

Is there some communication issue or is this situation normal with HWH nowadays?

From other posts ; HWH is way behind ; that being said , if your jack has no visible leaks and isn't holding , there are other parts in the system that need to be properly investigated.

Namely the solenoid that controls that jack. Before I would spend money on a new jack, I would get a new solenoid, and replace the current one. Even if that doesnt solve the problem, having a spare solenoid on hand is not a bad idea.

If you cant get one from HWH, try this place.

I had a bleed off issue with my HWH system. On mine there are 4 levers about 1 inch long on the valve bank. They are there to open the valve to each jack to manually retract them. If there is any tension on that cam lever, it can cause a bleed off. You can rotate the lever counter clockwise to make sure they are loose.
I hope this helps you.

Join the club. I have a leaking seal on one of mine. Ordered a replacement months ago and am still waiting to hear when I might receive one. Guess HWH is more interested in delivering new units to manufacturers then servicing existing customers.
