HWH Series 325 Touch Pad works intermittently

First off, I do not have any air bags on this RV it is a gasser W22 chassis.

When leveling my RV, the touch pad works intermittently, I have to press the up arrow a few times and then it works, it does this on all the arrows.

The store button, and level button work normal.

Things that I have done to troubleshoot.

Cleaned the ground connection on the motor (stud with the ground wires are attached)

Removed and cleaned 2 bolts that hold motor to mounting plate.

Cleaned solenoid posts and wires.

Tightened clamp that holds solenoid to motor housing.

All grounds have continuity

Took touch pad out, verified all connections are pushed in, also when I push each button, I can hear and feel a click.

The below picture is NOT my touch pad, just posting a picture of what mine looks like.

Many touchpads suffer from dust getting between the membrane and the conductive surface. Next time you have the pad out, you might try a can of compressed air to try and blow any dust out of the layers of the panel. You could also use contact cleaner on the multi-plugs that connect the panel to the wire harness.

I had an issue with my HWH control panel and traced it to a solder joint on one of the switches on circuit board, might see if pushing all around your suspect buttons and get greater reliability could be a solder joint.
