HWH Slideout stops

So, after much searching, I've finally been able to determine that my bedroom slideout on my 2000 Winnebago Chieftain is an HWH brand. I even found a reference to the IN and OUT stop in this document on page 14:

My issue is that there is an assembly held by two 5/8" bolts to the square tube that is meant to engage these stops. It appears that the previous owner had some problems and replaced these bolts with cheap ones from the big box stores, and they both sheared right in half. I found a handful of pieces after taking the bed out for renovation.

Can anyone give me an indication of what this stack of pieces should look like?

There is a nylon layer, a 1/8" steel plate, and some aluminum sheets. I have no idea what order they should stack in.

Not seeing a picture except in my head, guessing that slide bracket acts as one metal washer, and steel plate as the other, the nylon and aluminum going between the two as spacers?

Call HWH, they can tell you what you need to order to replace the wear pads and the shims for the slide. Just give them year, make and model. I redid mine on my 2003 suncruiser, they shipped parts with instructions on how to install.

Better yet, Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.
He also farms, so at this time of year I assume he is very busy.
