Hydraulic Jack Leaking

Got a brand new Jayco Redhawk that I had hydraulic jacks added by the dealer. It appears the right rear jack is leaking fluid out of the base. It’s not running down the cylinder and it’s not coming from the hoses/connections. It pools on the pad then drips on to the ground. Jacks have only been used 1 or 2 times. I’m assuming there is an o ring seal inside the cylinder that fluid is pushing past.

Any one ever replace it on their own? Is a new jack required or are these things rebuildable? I know it’s under warranty but I’d prefer not to lose my motor home for 2 months at the service department.

Why not a warranty claim? You said they are new, and the cost of rebuild or replacement would be not cheap.

In order to not be "down", ask the seller if you can pull the leaker and have them repair or replace it at their schedule. A plug for the line should not be hard to find at any hardware store.
You will of course have to tell them what your labor rate is.
Good luck with that one.

Contact the dealer first or leveler company for warranty repair/replacement. The hyd. fittings would be more easily available at truck repair store that makes hose some Nappa stores will likely have them A plug that goes swivel fitting before the 90 would be easiest to pick up. The other end of 90 has O-ring and it tucks in a pocket ,a cap for that will be harder to get. If you have cylinder off you will want to use the remaining jacks manually.
If not leaking too badly you could use some rags in foot to capture leaks until repaired. Too much loss of fluid could set off jacks down alarm depending on system.
