Do they have springs ? They are one way cylinders and the springs make them return. Replacing the springs will probably fix your issue.

Mine looked clean, but did not feel slick. I wiped mine down with WD40 to clean them off. Wiped off with clean rag. Move much better now.

Find the manual for your system. All have emergency operation procedures to retract.
I have a RVA manual leveling system that has solenoid valves that control the jacks. Each valve has a threaded relief that can be unscrewed by hand to get the jacks to raise.
Yours should have an emergency retract procedure.

Don't wait for Paul to see your post or email you. He asked you to call. He has helped a lot of us and instant answers work best.
When I had a problem with mine on a previous DP I called Paul according to his post. He was in FL and he had me go to my coach and follow his directions and in 5 minutes I was up and running.
File his number in your phone. He is an invaluable asset.
Best wishing - Richard

If none work, suspect a power/ relay issue; (possible wire damage/ fuse?) if ONE does not works, suspect a SOLENOID; (without specifics?) most solenoids have a little adjacent thumb-turn BYPASS VALVE that you can open in emergencies, procedure in your book, best learned in your driveway :-) Hope this helps?
