Not sure what system you have as I have the 725 HWH system. Mine would not do anything including dumping the air. Turned out to be a bad ground connection on the motor/hydraulics unit. If you haven't check your grounds.

You might have the 610 model like I do. Here is the manuals for the system. (Don't sweat the drawings of the control panel in the beginning. The correct one is a few pages in.
Can you manually activate the jacks?

Our 2000 Dutch Star has a 310 series. Go to the HWH website and you can find all sorts of info.

Just to let everyone know my RV center says it's the motor. I'm not 100% convinced but I've let them order a new motor and we shall see. Does anyone know where the box is that holds the fuses for the HWH. Mechanic couldn't find it, said it's normally mid Coach in a lower compartment or in the rails running down the center.

the 99 coaches were before the control box with the plexiglass cover. if its air leveling, its a 600 system. the box will be about 14 inches by 10 inches, and is 3 inches thick. it is normally mounted in the ceiling of one of the storage bays. near the middle of the coach. it may be covered by as carpet panel. kind of like an easter egg hunt.
some mfg's mounted it on the firewall above the generator in the front of the coach.
if it has jacks and air dump, and no air leveling, its either a 310 or a 610 system. the 310 is push button manual operation. the 610 system is automatic operation.
that aluminum box is normally located under the dash, below the instrument panel, or some mfg put it on the passenger side under the kick panel of the dash. its about 9 inches long, 6 inches wide and 3 inches thick. there are no led's on these boxes. just fuses.
please feel free to call me at 1-602-549-3638 paul maddox
