Electric side of hydro hot not working. No electric at the element. There is power to the ceramic , is it a relay in the square electric box.It has a tiny green diode that is lit. Diesel side works well.

04 Beaver Monterey. Love the Hydro Hot but not working on electric. Power to the relay and 12 volt on the orange wire on the other side of the relay. No voltage on the blue wire. These run to the control panel All the lites are showing good to go. Thanks for any help. PS We pull a 2014 LIncoln MKZ and it tows very well. Ewart
