Lazydays Summer Service pkgs

Has anybody had any of the summer service pkg specials done at Lazydays? Anyone care to comment on the Supreme Service pkg that costs $1555 for diesel? A lot of the items are inspect or visual inspection but does include engine, generator, refridg, heat, AC etc service. We're newbies and I don't know if those prices are reasonable or not.

Didn't buy one of the packages, but had a number of odds and ends done including replacing old tire valve extensions, oil, and a few more issues.

I do not want to start a Lazy Days flame thread, but let's just say it did not go well. Caveat emptor.

If you decide to buy one of their packages, do not drive off the grounds until you have double checked all the work. For example, make sure it was done at all, make sure there is more than 22 lbs in your tires, make sure the glove compartment door is not broken off its latch (I kid you not), etc.

I haven't looked at what is in each package, but for $1555 you should get a lot of service. Whether you need that much should be determined ahead of time using the recommended maintenance intervals for your chassis, generator, etc. The things that need to be done annually don't total up to $1555, so that's a package for maybe the 2 year or 3 year service interval.

If you have Freightliner chassis, take your $1500 to the Factory Service Center at Gafney, SC, and you will get a lot of value for your money and still have change left in your pocket.
