I left this problem with my RV dealer, unfortunately he does not have a lot of experience with hydraulic jack systems and suggests oil was spilled when it was filled. The coach is new (although it has sat in the lot for 2 years) and I may have been the first to use the jack system. The jack system seemed to work normally. I looked around the unit and could not find any obvious leaks, but there sure seems to be a lot of oil on the main cylinder.
Were do you normally fill this unit and how do you check level?

You can see the main cylinder is coated in an oil film. I do not know if this oil was on the unit before I used the jacks. There was no sign of oil under the coach after the jacks were extended for on evening.
You can actually see a drip of oil at the bottom the the drain plug. There is no sign of oil spraying around under the coach. The Coach only have 3900 km on it and has never been used.
The hoses appear to be dry and no sign of oil. The oil film start at the fill plugs? at the top. Although the fill plugs appear to be coated with oil as well.
