Hi Dennis - we moved from a gas Roadtrek on the Chevy platform to the present Prism on the dieselSprinter. LTV makes a very nice product, as does Roadtrek and Pleasureway. What moved us away from these brands was finding a floorplan that met our needs. Not wanting to set up a bed daily was one big factor that steered us away from LTV with the Murphy bed. The Sprinter chassis has served us very well for 3 seasons, over 17K miles. Plenty of power to tow our Suby Forester toad - still getting over 15mpg. GCVW for any Sprinter is 15,250#, and GVWR is 11,030#. So watch the loads and take this into consideration as you decide. We tend to travel heavy, are right at GVWR but still under GCVW even with toad. Gennys on Sprinters tend to be LP, so we looked for one with a large LP tank. ST
