As posted a few weeks ago, I did not receive a 10 percent discount on my first order from Lippert. After sending a detailed email about the order I received a email apologizing for the error and a credit to my charge card. So wanted to let everyone know that Lippert did right by me and I would have no hesitation to order from them in the future.

The reply from Lippert was a 10% discount. I called to (sort of) complain and ask what the price would be since it would probably be a better deal than ordering from Newmar. I got another person who agreed to ship me the windows for free!
So, I'm a happy camper
