Your cut-off value of 11.5 vdc is much too low.

The recommended value to go to 50% battery life is 12.06 vdc.

You are seriously taxing your battery's longevity by going to 11.5 vdc before recharging.

That is "book learning" and doesn't fit the real world. I'm still dialing in our autogenstart, but even 11.5 is too high.
After being on battery all night, the hair dryer or coffee maker (or both together) will easily pull the batteries below 11.5....

I'm currently at 10.5 for 2 minutes...
more than that and the 8k onan fires up... less, and the batteries can just take it.
System is still firing up the genny way too often, but I am working the variables....

Figuring the batteries at rest.... under load is another story.
