Low water pressure
My motorhome (32ft 2005 Fleetwood Southwind), seems to always have low water pressure even when we know there is good pressure at the campground's hookup. It used to have good pressure. I don't see any leaks.
Could there be a blockage somewhere? Is there a method to flush out the water pipes?
Does anybody out there have or had the same problem?
I would greatly appreciate any advice.
Wait! I have not changed the filter since I bought the coach. That might be the problem, I hope.

A clogged filter certainly lowers the water pressure at my house, hopefully that's all your issue is.

Most RV's are plumbed with PEX tubing... its very unlikely that its clogged.. and that tubing is hard to kink.... I'm with Podvin.... a filter is my guess.... I only have a filter on the fresh water to the sink... all the rest is direct so I can tell when there's an issue... but some units filter all the water...

Is this in ALL fixtures? Tub / shower, sinks & toilets?
If only at certain taps it's likely the little aeration screen clogged, fine sand in campground water is pretty common.
If it's everywhere it's more likely a stuck water pressure regulator.

As others have said, the water filter will certainly cause low pressure, IF it's a whole-house filter! I use the blue Camco filters outside and another high-quality under-sink filter for the water we consume. I was having low pressure and found the Camco filter was the problem!

Yes it was the filter. Got great pressure now. Bought a Campco cartridge and I'll try to remember to change it again.
Thanks for your replies!

I always change my water filters at least once a year. More often if necessary.
