MCD Innovations Shade Ordering Problems

Has anyone ordered RV shades (American Duo) recently from MCD Innovations?


We ordered five shades at the FMCA rally in Perry, GA in March and received them mid-April. The packing slip and what we actually ordered were in perfect agreement. The only issue is that all five shades were more than 0.5 inches wider than they should have been. We contacted MCD, and provided 7 or 8 photos of each shade documenting the actual measured width. They agreed to provide a second set of shades cut to the proper width.


Today we received the second set of five shades. Once again they are all more than 0.5 inches wider than the packing slip and what our order specifies.


Called MCD (talked to Bill) and are now waiting to hear what the next step will be.


Anyone else out there have a similar situation or are we the only lucky ones?

I've got to admit I've never heard of something like that happening with them which is not to say things can not go wrong from time to time.

I ordered new blinds last year and they were as ordered
