Michelin Advantage Customers Alert

A fellow Beaver Patriot Thunder owner in the DFW metro area has sustained damage as the result of an installation done by TCi of Fort Worth. The shop dragged his Accu-Shield covered wheels across concrete permanently damaging them. Further, he found a flat several days after installation, possibly that tire is ruined as well.

Owners who are considering using TCi for tire replacement might consider waiting until the company resolves problems associated with RV tire installation. Both aesthetics and safety are at stake.

I think what you friend experienced was very poor service at a particular location. TCI has lots of locations and the experience I had with one in Fort Myers, FL was professional and the service level was good. That being said, each of these locations is a profit center and the manager has wide latitude.

I would be surprised if there is any company wide discussion going on at TCI concerning RVs. As most of us have come to realize, the major customer base for these service providers is the trucking industry.

Very well put Steve, too often poor service by one store paints the entire company on these forums.

I am wondering why the title is "Michelin Advantage Customers Alert".

Sounds like a complaint against a specific store than the Michelin Advantage program.

IMHO, this should e titled a " TCi of Fort Worth" alert. Rather than flame the FMCA Michelin Advantage benefit.
