Here it is. Everything was working fine before dropping coach at CW to have a new antenna installed. Got it home and found the front roof top AC won’t work plugged in but it will work with generator. Television same thing. The plugin by passenger seat same thing. Antenna receiver on ceiling same thing. Did CW wore it wrong. Transfer switch quit. Lost leg on 50 amp???

One thing at a time Roof AC 120 v a/c but controlled by thermostat which needs 12 v dc to work. If you can use a multimeter check the transfer switch with pluged into shore power if there is voltage there check to see if you have 12 v to the thermostat if so then check the 120 to the AC you will have to remove the ceiling cover to get to the wires. No 112 v then look for the 12 v fuse panel.

I would go back to CW and have a heart-to-heart talk with the service manager! That's just too much of a coincidence!

It sounds as though you have a functioning 12 v system.
The generator provides 110v to all ACV devices.
Shore Power does not run 110 acv devices.
1. Check the voltage at the shore power plugin
2. Check the voltage at RV end of the power cord.
If power is getting to the transfer switch, you will need to check the shorepower exiting the transfer switch.
You problem might be in one of the three locations. CW probably did not plug in your RV to shorepower.

The problem the plug on the cord from coach to power box was broken. Was supposed to have been fixed by another RV service center. Who do you trust.

Like dean said, it requires verification. The tough part is that "we" have to know enough about the problem, the diagnosis, and proposed repair that we can evaluate the result. We may also need to own a few diagnostic tools and know how to use them in order to confirm the repair was done, and done correctly.
It's not simple, unfortunately.
Edit ps: The words "Practical demonstration of repair" come to mind. In the case of something like the shore power cord/plug or a transfer switch, one way to confirm the repair is to have the shop hook the rig up to power and *you* turn on/off whatever you need to know that the problem you had fixed is actually fixed. Start the genset and make sure the ATS is wired right, run water if it was a plumbing repair, etc.

Most likely is bad wire/ plug on shoreline; if all good and passes continuity testing, then suspect ATS contacts?

If I am reading the OPs last post correctly the problem is fixed and it was the plug on the end of the shore power cord.
