One of the more prominent and established commercial truck tire shops in Vegas is GCR on Nellis. When we had a flat on the inner dual (this could have been over ten years ago, however), they advised us to air it up and bring it in as it is, of course, more expensive to have them come out on a road call. If it's a slow leak, you should be ok driving on it for a few miles. If it's a big puncture and will lose air quickly, then obviously, you don't want to drive on it for extended distances. But it sounds as if yours is a puncture you don't want to drive on?

So if you do need mobile service, you can call and inquire at GCR or use one of the other mobile commercial tire services in town.

GCR Tire Center

One I've heard of but have not used myself is J & J Mobile Tire Repair. Again, you can call them and kind of feel them out about their charges, etc.
