Need help finding a replacement outside lower door paddle latch

Pictures are in the attachment, it's on my 1989 class A outside lower compartment doors. I don't know where to find a replacement and need help, thanks.

Have you taken it apart to see why it's not working? They're relatively simple, sometimes they're easier to fix than to find one that old.

The previous owner replaced one of the latches with something similar to it but it doesn't look or work correct so I'm looking for the correct replacement latch as shown in the pictures.

Not long ago i had one of my basement latches fail. There was a pot metal piece that failed. A call to Southco the latch manufacturer to see if only that part was available. It wasn't. I ordered a similar lock from amazon and swapped the part. Worked perfectly and i could keep my original painted latch.

FWIW- to me it looks like a Bargman from the finish. They were pretty common in that era. If your entry door latch has the same finish and looks like this

it's a Bargman L300. It seems logical that all the latches would also be Bargman. Hopefully it's a starting point for you.

It's definitely the same exterior finish so yes it's likely a Bargman and a good place to start, now I can start to research this. THANK YOU
