I would like to know what brand and type battery to replace my existing coach batteries. I have [2] that go flat fairly fast and are full with liquid. As I am not the first owner I don't know how these batteries were handled in the past. Please advise

2004 batteries should not go flat quickly.
maybe you need to check specific gravity and boil the batteries with 15 volts to desulfate them??
there are experts on this forum that can tell you how.

Have the batteries tested to see if they may have a bad cell. If so you will definitely want new batteries. If you do a lot of dry camping and are trying to live of the batteries you may want to conider AGM type batteries. If you are plugged into shore power most of the time you may want to stay wih the lead acid wet cell batteries. here are some links of intrest.
