First off, from your initial post, it sounds like you did your homework and was on top of what needed to be done and went as far as having an inspection.

The coach is 7 years old and is going to need some repairs. Without knowing all the circumstances, those broken items could have been some deferred repairs from the Covid lockdown, where there were part shortages and no one to do them. I'm sure that many that posted have some broken items on their coaches that aren't a priority but become one when it's time to sell.

I think you have a handle on this and if you feel there is nothing major to overcome, go for it.

Go take a peek at rvtrader.com. In the $75K and below range there you can find Monacos, Newmars, Tiffins, and even a Foretravel. Much better built coaches, in my opinion. If you want to stick with gas engines, there are Bay Stars, a couple of Tiffins, and Winnies below that.

We spent 2 years shopping for our current MH. It was worth the time.
