I think you are going to have to trace this with a volt meter. If power is getting to the CB panel and out to others, you will have to test the CB and then follow it to the AC. CB can be burnt (lightning strike) and may need replacing. We lost and had to replace the dual 50 amp main (incoming) due to it being loose and arcing.

Before you give up, did you cycle the CIRCUIT BREAKER at the RV POWER CENTER?
