No power to a/c or lights in coach

Good morning,
We have a 2004 holiday rambler admiral 37 PCT. We recently had it serviced at the dealer for a slide issue. Upon bringing the coach home I turned on the generator to clean it up. The lights or the AC would not turn on, also The board on the wall that controls the slides the water heater etc. is not working. However we do have power to the microwave the refrigerator the TVs and the outlets.

We have connected to shore power and we have the same issues. We have checked all the breakers in the breaker box and the fuses all are good. We have used in electrical tester to check the power from the inverter and the converter and both seem to be working fine.

Any ideas on what may be causing this issue ?

Take it back to the dealer if the slide they worked on doesn't work.

The slides work, we just don't have lights or A/C. Called them they said they didn't touch electrical system and no appointments available this week.

Is it a 50amp coach? Do both air conditioners work? Check your transfer switch, sounds like you may have lost one leg of power,

Possibly your 12v main power disconnect. The lights and thermostats for your ACs all operate on 12v, while the outlets are directly from the 120v power source. The ACs will not work without 12v to the thermostats and the other items you mentioned are also 12v powered.
