Norcold 1200 Heating element stuck!

I am trying to change the heating elements. They both were rusted pretty good together. Used some penetrating oil, one came loose but the other just does not want to budge. Any tricks or tips on getting a rusted one out?? I've soaked in penetrating oil for two nights! Thanks!!!

Grab it with a pair of pliers and wiggle it back/forth

Then pound up on it with a HAMMER

Yes the sleeve/holder can be damaged.....rather the perk tube (boiler section) can be damaged if weld used to secure sleeve to perk tube was improperly done by a hack at factory.
Over-penetration , excessive heat/amps combined with the thin walled tubing mfgs. went to to save material costs

So wiggle and TAP on element NOT sleeve/holder

Just keep putting the penetrating oil to it and, as Old Biscuit suggested, grasp the top right-angle part with pliers and twist from side to side, HARD. You're not likely to damage anything doing that.
