Norcold 1200LRIM Error Code

Hope someone can help. We woke up to a beeping on our frig this morning with a not cooling error code. Have looked at all the info on resetting the panel but our panel does not look like either of the options. Our serial starts with 893. I am attaching a photo of the panel. If anyone can shed light on this. We would appreciate it. We have checked fins (not cooling) roof vent is clear and the coach is level .We want to try a reset but the panel does not jive with the tech info.
The tech says it is a 16 pin plug we have a 10 pin plug on the bottom and a six pin plug in the top left corner, so which pin is number 15??

First the obvious, is the 12V fuse on the board good and does it have 12V power? The board operates from 12V.
Norcolds require 12V to run in either mode, gas or electric.

The 'No Co' lockout can be reset on your circuit board using the 6 pin connector (P2)

Also should be able to reset via 'diagnostic mode' and clearing screen 6

Here is info for your 628661 circuit board

Fridge is ON?
Fridge in AUTO?

Yes---Yes

Do the reset via 'diagnostic mode' and clearing screen 6

Then

Try GAS and see if propane lights off and starts cooling cycle

Ok here is how it’s going in case anyone wondered. After checking all possibilities mentioned in these posts and a call to a retired refrigeration tech I have determined that the cooling unit is kaput. So have ordered a new unit from Amazon plus a new circuit board as long as I doing all this dismantling. Much cheaper than a new 4 door frig.
I also am thinking of replacing the cooling fans although they do test in working order.
The fans that are on it now are not Norcold but Mechatronics brushless fans. Does anyone have opinions on the difference between the Norcold ( $60 to $90. Each) and the brushless (under $20. Each) ???

You may want to cancel that order on Amazon. Amish units are highly recommended.
