Just a followup. Asked for help and received it several times over last year as my refrig would not operate on propane. Did verything suggested and nothing has worked---until now. Have heard many times on this forum that you should check yor grounds. Because my radio started to act up only when on house batteries, wondered if both problems caused by ground problem. Yesterday cleaned the four major ground points on the chassis. Radio is fine, and more importantly, refrig runs on propane.
So always check your ground before you do a remove/replace on electronic components.

Ron, good to hear that you found and corrected the problem. I have found over the years that this is and the first thing I check since it is so easy to run a good test ground to see. Take care.
