Not sure where to post: List of "stuff" for MH

Just getting started and looking for some helpful lists of things to consider as you pack up the Motorhome for the first time. Basically everything you might need on any given trip.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for such a list?

Thank you,

Roll

On another thread, I read a great suggestion...Spend a couple niters camping in your yard, just like it was the real thing. Every time you realize you forgot something, go get from the house, write it down. After a couple dry runs you will have your own list of things you need to bring...Wish I knew how to find that thread, but that is the jest of it...Good Luck....D

You said it! We spent 3 days in our rig in the driveway with 2 kids and 2 dogs only rule was can't go in the garage or the house for any reason! Spent the day before making lists and loading her up, as the weekend went on we all added or deleted from our lists. Took a 1400 mile trip a month after that weekend and the only main things we forgot were the swimming suits, water toys and warmer jackets. Now the rig has it's own for the road wardrobe.

My biggest prob is remembering where we put 'the list' when we go to "reload" for the next trip!

You will always find something you forgot or need, usually within a distance where it would not be worth turning back to get it.

Just don't forget the credit card and a few hundreds, that way you have everything you need, Walmart is just holding it for you.
