Take her back to the dealer and have her test drive one or get her money back. If the dealer does not have one in stock, tell them that she has to test drive the unit when it comes in, before the settlement, or she gets her deposit back then. If they don't agree to that, then get her money back now.
Last months FMCA magizine had the Itasca version in a writeup. Watch out for the CCC (cargo carrying capity) for it is low. It is build on the Dodge Sprinter cut away.
The other units are called class B. They are now coming on the Dodge Sprinter truck with a desiel up front. They look like what UPS and Fedex are starting to use. Easy in and out and small enought for anyone to drive. I understand that Road Trek is coming out with one real soon.

I have to admit I got quite a chuckle out of her thinking the potties just emptied out on the road!

I have a friend whose Aunt got the same bee in her bonnet. She spent 60K on a large Class A motorhome that she intended to drive from Indiana to Texas for the winter. Never test drove one- just bought it.

On the way to Texas she swerved into the other lane, and a semi took off her side mirror. It scared her so much that she pulled off the road and refused to go any further.

Needless to say, she lost quite a bit of money on that little excursion.
