I can’t find the gentleman that posted the problem with his oil cooler manifold, but he saved me a lot of time. The Napa part you recommended was cross referenced by Car Quest and they came up with the o ring/alum ring on the perimeter. There were enough blogs that said the same exact thing. They had to double up on the o rings to really be sealed. I had to do it once and the leak was history! I left the original rings in place and added the other on top and with the ring on them they stayed in place. I used a 5/8 combo wrench with the boxed end in play. Plenty long enough and I didn’t the stubby ratchet mentioned on some blogs. Thanks for posting your problem.
