Old Crank Sat Out New Automatic In - Crank Replaced With...

A very bright LED light and switch covering the elevation readout plate.


Switch is JR Products

Light is Dream Lighting LED Panel Light 8.5Inches White Shell, Warm White Lighting

That light is a good idea. I used a couple of round door knob wall shields (one for the mechanism and a smaller one for the elevation display) and it looked great but I like the LED idea better I think.

It really adds a lot of much needed warm light upfront where I only have two map lights and the florescent light that does not do much. Downside is that its 14w.

Now I really want to replace other lights with LED's.
