Old Fantastic Fan switch wiring

I have an older fantastic fan that I bought used without a wall switch. It turns out that there are many different switches and I can't find the right one. There is no model number that I can find on the fan. The motor is a BV8100 with the date 08/10 on it. The only control on the fan is the dome opener which is manual or electric and a fuse holder. There are a black and white wire for power with a two terminal connector and a six terminal 2 row connector with 5 wires, a red and a blue w/red stripes going to the lift motor and pink, blue and brown connected to the circuit board R-OUT, SWITCHED 8.5V, and R-POS respectively. The fan has no rain sensor. Does anyone know what model this is and/or where I can find a switch?

Larry-

Visone lists several wall controls at this page. I believe this one may work with your fan. I believe my coach has the same model fan, and uses a similar (but not the same) controller. I may have a wiring diagram, but I can't find it.

Thanks Mark! I found those controllers on Visone but it was hard to tell from the pics I looked at how many wires left the controller. I think this one has 5 like I need. I just don't know how much "control" is in the wall circuit board and how much is in the circuit board on the fan. I pulled the wall switch from my coach and it only has 3 wires to do OFF, MANUAL, AUTO and SPEED or TEMP. The coach is an 05 and if the date on the motor is any indicator my loose fan should be newer. Maybe the motor was replaced. A more detailed wiring diagram than what I have found through Google would be a great help. Thanks again!
