Buy a cylinder shaped 12v low pressure fuel pump. They sell them on Amazon for under $20. Bypass the old pump and see if that fixes it. If it does, make the installation permanent and you are done. I did this with my Onan and never had another problem. If you search for Onan fuel pumps, you will find many people have had problems with them.
