Paint slideout walls to match exterior paint

I just finished painting the exterior of my 1999 Southwind. I'm thinking of painting the exterior wall of the slide to match the exterior.

What do your slides look like? Are the painted or plain?

Ours are painted to match the design of the coach so they blend in when extended. I think it looks much better that way-- more of a finished look. BTW, your paint job looks great !

Our slideout side walls are painted and striped to match the main coach wall!

Paint 'em. Higher end coaches are painted to match. ;-)

The ends of the slide-outs on our coach are painted the base coach color, without stripes or decals, except a single 2.5-inch vertical stripe of black tape where the vertical slide seals rest when the slide is open.

This years coach is painted to match, but I think they look fine either way.

We've had both, painted slide sides and unpainted ones. We both really like the painted versions. Here's our '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the C-7 330HP CAT.

My RV is white, and so are the slide walls (both are on driver side)...BUT...the front wall of the front slide and the rear wall of the rear slide have graphics to match, while the rear wall of the front slide and the front wall of the rear slide don't. In other words, the two slide walls facing each other are plain, while the two slide walls facing out include graphics!

Tnks. Its a HUGE improvement over the aged paint scheme and look. The rest is in very good condition, so we'll keep it a few years.
