Parking Pads... What do you call them?

Our RV concrete driveway has a very slight downward slope. I want to research some semi-permanent "pads" that I can lay down in the driveway that will raise the front of the coach about six inches once I stop the coach with the front wheels on the pads. So basically what I'm looking for is a flat surface about two to three feet long that is about six inches high, and has ramps on both approach and departure ends. The ramps on both ends is because we back into the driveway, so the rear wheels will be crossing over the pads. As far as width, they can either be either about four feet wide each (x 2), or a single 12-14 foot wide pad that I can just lay across the driveway. The bottom line and reason for this post is that for the life of me, I can not figure out the name for, or what to call what I've described so I can do some Google-Foo and do a little research.

I am not aware of a pad such as your talking about.

But my drive has a sloop front to back and side to side. I made some 2x12 blocks to drive on to level out the motor home. I keep then in the front of the back garage. Easy to set up. Stop the mh place block behind the 3 tires, backup 1 foot.

You may be looking for the heavy rubber pads that are placed on wood, so track machines don't damage it.
Seen them on the Jersey Shore.

If your thinking of using outrigger pads built up it would be pretty heavy and expensive to build. Many owners have built ramps out of lumber to safely work under coach. Do you have jacks or air leveling .Some outrigger pads or 3" ramps under tires and jacks to protect driveway and split the difference , might be easier solution than riding up on 6" ramps. I've leveled tires on 1-4" of just stacked lumber many times. Have some rough timber stock friend gave me. To do 6" I would want screwed together and probably a bump stop.

Build a ramp out of treated lumber. Back in install ramp and pull fwd onto ramp.
If you need to be all the way back just stop short and place ramps at rear of front tires and back onto them. You can customize to get the height exactly right.

I would like to thank all for the suggestions. It looks like I will in fact have to build my own based on what I want. I was just hoping something else at a reasonable cost was already out there. When I mentioned semi-permanent, that's because I want something that I can just leave out and back over when pulling in, and pull over when pulling out... sort of like a flat-top speed bump, two or three feet long going over the flat top. However, I did get the help I was looking for in what to Google-Foo while trying to find something. Thanks all again.

I think you could check a firefighter's supply house for the ramps that they lay hoses into so that wheeled traffic can pass over without crushing the hose.

I think what you are looking for is called a speed table. https://nacto.org/publication/urban-...s/speed-table/

Get a concrete contractor to cut out what you don't want and poor what you do want.

Those would not work, they have a maximum load of 6,600# per axle and are 4" high. He'll require some built to support his GRAWR. Another alternative is to have one poured from concrete and make it semi-permanent. New concrete poured on top of old smooth concrete is movable.

What he needs is double-ended ramps wide enough for duals. I suspect he'll have to build his own eingle-ended though, and move them each time he moves the MH. That's what i do every time I need under the MH.

Thanks. Yes, you have the exact picture of what I am seeking. Maybe I can find someone who can pour a concrete "speed table" (we call them traffic calming humps here) which would serve the purpose. I'm thinking it probably wouldn't cost "that much"... 1 or 2k, especially compared to what is out there that can be bought. My thinking is 4-6 inches, which is more than enough, and can just stay in place as I would easily drive over something that small. Our driveway has a very slight slope, but it is enough that the front wheels do come off the ground about an inch when leveled. The attached pictures are what I'm dealing with, but this was one of the rare times that I pulled into the driveway rather than backing in.
