I need a motion sensor for the Carefree of Colorado patio awning part # R060538-002 which is discontinued and no longer available. Has anyone repaired one of these or have a spare available?

Doesn't mean anything. They will just wait about 6 months and then tell you the part isn't available.

Thanks for trying but Carefree has discontinued the item. I need to find a NOS or used one or figure out how to fix it.
