The roof was only bare metal when i first bought her so sealed it with the flexseal tar and then added 4 coats of the elastomeric paint. Im giving her a new paint job replacing the vents would like to replace the stove and fridge they work just ugly outdated and dont match well...and honestly the whole shower bath thing i totally get is a big undertaking with a lot of risks and if it goes to someone without kids then no biggy but as a mom with 3 abd just the shower OMG NEVER AGAIN a bath would've saved me so much time and energy. I was also wondering...i was debating taking the dinningtable/bed and having it more as a pull put or fold down from the side and use the extra space underneath for additional sotrage sorta like the whole breakfast nook bench with the the bed as the table top/cover. Lastly...my awning is torn not too bad but its molded and stinks and just hideous...someone suggested replacing it but to save money using a cheaper fabric....thoughts?

“The roof was only bare metal”? I’m pretty sure it didn’t come with a metal roof.

Thank you and goodluck improving your negative disposition.
I am not trying to be mean. With three young kids and little money you need some help.
There are non-profit groups and church groups that can maybe help with getting you a better housing situation, childcare while you work and leads on jobs.
You cant really sell your rv until you get more stabilized in housing, job and childcare can you?

Under the Cares Act, you should have been eligible for $3,000 plus $2,400 in the two rounds of money.
Did you get any or are you set up to get it?
If not, i would suggest to file a federal income tax return as soon as allowed to get the money. It is a refundable tax credit so you can get it even if you have no tax liability.

Complete respect here for making the most of what you have!! And congrats on your family. I know with your attitude things are going to workout for you.

The challenge with 30 year old RV's is that they tend to hit a low point that they are worth and don't climb up too much from there even when you put a large investment into them.

We all have limited time and energy. I think what people are suggesting is you spruce up the RV and make it clean and then use your energy and time to get a more solid financial footing under you. Maybe that is a full time job or going back to school.

There really isn't a successful business I know of that "flips" RV's.

This is a good market to sell it though so maybe with some low cost sprucing up you could do just fine.
