I don't have personal knowledge of either compressor but if I were to purchase one of the above, it would be the Porter Cable due to the larger tank and higher pressure. The Bostitch holds 1.2 gal's and operates at 120 psi, the Porter Cable holds 1.5 gal's and operates at 150 psi.
The other reason is Porter CAble is noted for making great products. Bostitch is know mostly for making staplers LOL

I have Porter Cable 150 PSI, 6 GAL model and it works quite well in airing up my tires to 110 psi. Not sure if it's physically too big for your needs but it works well for mine. Have had it a couple years and it's been used for air nailers and such during that time and still works fine.

The porter cable is awesome. My cousin has one on his rig and we use it all the time when we camp.
According to all his blogs he is on it's highly recommend

I have the 365/70 tires on my front and tag. My trusty Coleman 120 V tank unit blew up the last time I tried to use it. Now have a Viair 450P-RV unit that I bought on Amazon. Not cheap at $299.95 but heavy duty.

+1 on the Viair RV versions...tankless, auto shutoff, lightweight and compact. I have two...one in the MH, and one for cars at the house (I have a tank air compressor at the house as well, but mostly use the Viair for any auto-related needs as it runs on 12V...so no power cords to run).

Would like to hear some opinions on the viair products as I'm putting one of their 150 psi tank units on my Cruise Master for onboard air bag control and tire inflation.

I have the porter cable one.
I bought it, a high quality air gauge with a release button to let some air out, and a good angled chuck for the air hose. I replaced the hose that came with the unit and I can reach all my tires while the compressor is in the bay. I now actually enjoy getting my tire pressures correct. Before it was always a hassle.

This poster uses it for air bags also as you are doing.

I've had this same compressor for over 5 years and it's never skipped a beat. Love this machine.
