Positive HWH Support

The leveling control panel for my 18 year old RV got to the point where it wasn't possible to properly raise/lower the jacks. I could use the side levelers, but the front/back controls were whacky and sometimes would work, other times not. Real problem when you want to raise the jacks and leave...

I was looking around for replacement control panels and other options, found a thread on IRV2 mentioning how to desolder the micro switches, put new ones in, that one can purchase the Lexan cover separately (still). Although capable of doing all that, it's not my preferred option.

The controllers themselves are not readily available, seem to be very part specific, etc. So I went to the HWH web site and they have a support form to fill out.

I filled it out one morning and *that afternoon* I got a call back from them asking a few questions and offering the option of them fixing it. I decided to let them fix it as they verify it's working before shipping it back, etc.

A week or so later, I got the controller back with a new Lexan cover and all the micro switches working properly. Cost was just a little over $100 which to me was totally reasonable (in fact, it was mostly labor, not parts).

I read a lot of complaints about lack of support from some companies, etc., but HWH certainly came through on this issue.

HWH was great for us too, in making repairs on a controller board that was 9 years old. Very reasonable. Just had to be patient for a few days while the board was shipped off and then back.

We live about 70 miles from HWH, and we have used them for small repairs twice. Both times they gave an appointment for service, were on time, and the repairs were done at a good price. There isn’t any guessing going on in their service shop; they know their products and what it takes to get them correct. Highly recommend them.

cylinder rebuild

I went through the same process, hitting their web site, filling out the form etc. Got the call back and discussed what was needed and some approximate costs. I was happy with the experience but not the UPS shipping prices

One of the best companies in the rv industry. No one else seems to support 25 year old systems.
