Potable Water Access

I am a new class A motorhome owner and am planning a trip to Florida late February. I live in Michigan and am looking to find places to fill up with fresh potable water. My coach is currently winterized and in storage. I plan to boondock for a few nights on the way down but will need water to do that. I store my coach in my home driveway in the summer where I have access to clean water but I have a steep driveway and dirt roads to get to my home so I don't plan to risk a trip home just to get water. I have checked out the rvdump.com site for dump stations but most northern locations shut their water off in the winter months due to the freezing risk. Even Cabela's has closed their dump and water station for winter. I will be heading south on I75. I am not worried about freezing on the road since my Tiffin should be able to handle some cold with the heat on. Right now the only place I know that has water are a few of the rest stops on the Ohio turnpike. Anyone come across any other locations during these colder months?

perenner-

When we travel with a winterized coach we carry a few gallons of bottled water (for drinking, cooking and toothbrushing), a few gallons of re-bottled tap water (for flushing and "bathing") and a gallon or two of anti-freeze (to add to the tanks as needed).

Plan that by the third day out you will a) be able to dewinterize, or b) be able to shower somewhere other than in your coach, and you'll be all set.

Might want to check with Flying J truck stops. I was at one in Flagstaff AZ (9 degrees that night) and they had their potable water faucet working.
