Power Gear Leveling Jack not fully extending
Hello all, I have a 2017 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40E and am having problems getting the thing level. If I'm on a fairly level site I have no problems using the jacks. My problems arise when I need to really level the MH. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening and would like to get some advise from others.
The jacks will extend and lift the coach (front and or rear) a certain amount, but if they need to do a "heavy lift", like raising the rear, I can hear to pump running, but there is no further extension of any jacks. The system gives up. I am not expecting to lift the rear wheels off the ground, as that would be bad, I know, and I'm not even expecting the front wheels to leave the ground. This is true if I am using Auto leveling or manual leveling. If I am auto-leveling, the panel will flash the center green light and the left and right arrows.
The tank is full, I've double checked it,and filled it to just below the fill hole. The tank is still about half full when this problem exists.
I've done some online research and wonder if this is a symptom of the dump valve, or there is another problem I should be looking into.
If anyone has any insight into why I may being having this problem i'm all ears.
Thank you in advance!!

So you can get the same inaction (lack of movement) at any of the 4 corners? That eliminates the jacks/rams themselves.
Fluid is up, so that's not it.
Pump is running, but... you need a T fitting and a pressure gauge to determine if you're up to pressure or not. Should be about 3200 dead headed in extend ('less', maybe 2000-2500 on retract). I've seen a number of them where the pressure relief valve was just bad and it opened too early.
Lippert pump? Would be an outlet on either side (A & B). Relief valve is internal.

I have an RVA system and was experiencing the same issue, not enough pressure to lift coach all the way. By chance I found a copy of an letter that showed the fix. On my hydrualic block there is a cap that I removed and used an allen wrench to turn the relief valve in to increase the pressure, in my case 1/4 turn was 300 psi I turned it about 1/2 turn and that solved the problem.
If you have the same type of relief valve I'd turn it ~1/8 turn increments and check to see if you can lift the coach.
If you could put a pressure gauge in the circuit it would be the best thing to do.

Do you dump your air suspension with switch on dash, to lower the coach before auto leveling? If not, maybe jacks are running out of travel and are maxed out? With my coach, I put a couple 2x8 cut boards under each jack so the legs dont have to lift as far. Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for your input. Yes, I dump the air and put wooden blocks under each jack (normally).

I have a 2004 Pace Arrow doing the same thing. Did you ever find what the problem was. I'll look into the pressure adjustment.

First, you NEVER, NEVER, NEVER wanna lift rear. If you need to, you misunderstand basics. Rear maybe slight lift of one side for leveling, but parking brake is Only rear and BENT JACKS is never where u wanna b. Reposition Coach rear to highest, most level side to side. If fluid not low, cylinder or pump may have bad seal internal.

I have checked the level and it is fine. I've also checked voltage to the solenoid and motor and is fine. I'm think im down to either a weak motor or pump or possibly a weak dump valve. I was asking if there was a solution to this thread because it's doing the exact same thing as mine and it might narrow down where i should start.

Most closed loop hydraulic systems will have relief valves that prevent over pressure, this protects hoses and individual components. This can be an adjustable type relief valve.
That's what I had, the relief pressure was set too low not letting the system build enough pressure to lift the coach.
I was able to adjust mine up and now can lift the coach to level and/or work on "stuff".
Do some searches with your specific model number and you may get lucky and find the info you need to adjust.

I think the relief valve on this one is built into the pump. Pretty sure there is no adjustment. Going to swap out the dump valve for one of the cylinder valves and see if it makes a difference.
