Power Gear parts no longer available

I have a 2012 Journey 36m with power gear slide out mechanism. Two of my 2 inch rollers are missing Winnebago part # 161662-01-703 and need to be replaced. Winnebago no longer has them in stock and they are no longer available. I am looking for two used or find a similar product that will work, find someone that could make me some new ones. We are looking for resources and thoughts.

Call Fleetwood. That’s the same slide as my RV

If all else, a machine shop could make them

OP,
Have you considered using roller blade wheels? May have to get creative here but the O.D. can be turned to the right diameter and the I.D. can be matched to a grd 8 bolt. Nice ball bearings in them for smooth action. May be available at a 2nd hand store for cheap. Let the search begin.....

Lippert owns Power Gear and they could not find a part for me. I am thinking a machine shop may be my best option.

I am thinking the same thing. Roller blade wheel. A machine shop could help me dial them in.

Let me dig up the part number. I found them online for my 13 Bounder. Appear to be the same rollers. Try crossing the Winnebago part number in google ?

That would be great. I would be so grateful to find an original wheel and not have to have some remanufactured. Thank You

If you still have the part number for the Bounder and where you purchased them from this could be helpful to me. Thank You

Before you try to use something else, check with Colaw RV Salvage in Carthage, MO

https://colawrvsalvage.com/

They've got a lot of parts available.

Twenty seven dollars for a "standard" 2" wheel with a "standard" 1/2" ID is ridiculous.
I would start looking for roller skate wheels with a sealed bearing inside.

Tool Planet has a 2" poly wheel with a sealed bearing in it for under five dollars.

IN YEARS PAST, (but not sure about today?) we wudda gone to a local bearing supplier parts counter and found a sealed ball bearing with appropriate OD/ID or OD w/ID that we cud insert bushing to make right size ID? Measurements and access to catalogs may help. I strongly suspect part is available, but under what MFR, Part #? Probably buried in Amazon/ Ebay somewhere. or Google/ Bing/ Dogpile/ ???
