Powergear electric jacks.

My right rear jack goes straight into error mode. I've taken the jack off ran it up and down manually and it works perfectly. I can't reset the system because of the error on the pad. Called powergear and they said since the other 3 jacks were working I should go to the control board and swap left rear with right rear to see if the error moves with it. If it moves the problem is with the jack or the wiring to the jack. if it doesn't move they said the control board must be bad because I took a working jack that wasn't showing an error and plugged it into that port on the board. Well it didn't move and the error stayed on the right rear jack after switching so I'm wondering does this sound right. What will make a jack unresponsive. Could the sensor or magnet cause a jack to be unresponsive. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I spend a grand on a new control board. Thanks

Guess I’m not understanding. The manufacture stated if the problem does not move, then it’s the board.

Yes that's what they said. Each jack has its own wiring harness that plugs into the control board. They said by switching left jack to right jack and right jack to left jack on the control board the fault should follow the right jack to the left side.
