PowerGear Leveling jacks won’t go down

My powergear leveling jacks won’t go down. After speaking with the techs at powergear they said the control board is not receiving the proper signal from the neutral safety switch, which is telling the control board the transmission is in park. Has anybody here replaced the neutral safety switch on their RV? Where is it generally located? I have a 30ft Monaco Monarch. Thanks

The neutral switch is typically located on the steering column, download the manual for your coach. Lots of times it also requires the E-Brake to be set before levelers can be deployed. If your dashboard has indicator lights for neutral and e-brake that might help too, see if they light up. If the dealer tech can point you to the correct input on the control board apply 12VDC to that input and see if your leveler will come down. Hope this helps
