Praise Precision Frame & Alignment-Elk River, MN

Purchased a used MH that had serious handling issues. After reading about Henderson products and Precision Frame & Alignment on the internet...we felt they would understand our issues. Seriously....I get tired of hearing, "that's just the way they handle". Well, Dick (owner) drove our unit, encouraged us to watch what he was doing to our unit, drove it a couple of more times and asked us to drive it after he changed air pressures, aired up the airbag springs, greased the unit and aligned the front end. Dick then adjusted the steering gear. We than asked if he would recommend new springs, shocks, etc and Dick indicated that we did not need them. He asked....why spend the money if it is not necessary? WOW....Dick has won us as a long distant customer since we live in TEXAS.
In addition....when we tried to hook up our toad........the tow equipment failed. Dick and two employees (after hours at this point) called the manufacturer with no results. Dick accessed the towbar company's web site and preceded to repair the tow bar. In about 20-30 minutes they had it repaired at NO cost to us.
It was a joy to do business with these people and it is great to know there are honest people out there!!!!

Dwilki, It's good to hear praise for a service center. We usually tend to complain about the poor service but not always about the good places. I have had good dealings with the Zone Defense and Ramco Eng getting my camera monitor fixed. I had a bad cable and they told me how to remove the monitor and sent me a new cable twice. We could use a Post to praise the places that have given us good service.
