Progressive Industries Surge Suppressor

So often we comment when have difficulty with parts and pieces we have installed in our motorhomes and then try to get assistance from the vendor with little or no help. I have found an exception in Progressive Industries.

Approximately four years ago ago I purchased and installed an EMS-LCHW50 hardwired surge suppressor in my Journey. On several ocassions the unit protected my motorhome from low campground voltage and improperly wired pedestles and who knows how many surges. We recently purchased a new motorhome and after moving the unit to the new one discovered it was not functioning properly. I called Progressive Industries and a tech support person diagnosed the problem as a circuit board issue. Even though the surge suppressor is over a year out of warranty they sent me a new board valued at $125 at no charge. I actually received it in two days, sent Priorty Mail. HOW MUCH BETTER CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE GET?

If you are shopping for a surge suppressor, I highly recommend the Progressive Industries products both for the performance and definately for the customer service.

You are not alone in your praise for them. I just purchased one of theirs and I know they 'll be there for me as well. By the way their warranty is now lifetime.

The visual display in ours failed at three years. Called them and they sent me a new one the next day, free of charge. Really refreshing to deal with a company like that. They will have my business forever.

x+1. as soon as i opened up my new 30-amp hard-wired shipping box i saw two issues: glue on the inside of the remote display window, and a screw missing from the case that should have gone into a circuit board standoff. i called them and they sent me a replacement the same day. no questions asked. perfect service!
