Repair facility in Northern Ca

Has anyone had service work done at R-Mechanic in Livermore, Ca? I have a 2009 Monaco Camelot that has a leaking slide, a non working water pump, and a few other minor things. I have a service plan with Prizm that will expire in April, and R-Mechanics told me they will work with them. Any comments will be much appreciated.

I checked RV Service Review and there are 6 postings all of them rating this business as excellent. Take a look.

I am in the Bay Area and everyone likes them. They require an appointment and sometimes it is hard to get in, so call well in advance.
