Replace Drain Hose on Dometic Refrigerator

We had a mouse cut all of the wiring in the outside compartment of our fridge and made a bed with it. I mean ALL of the wiring, the insulation and wire coverings. We had RV service reconnect the AC wiring so we can at least use the fridge but without thermostat so we get some freezing. We turned it off to defrost and water ran inside the coach. The drain hose has broken in places or chewed.

Is there a way to replace the drain hose without pulling the fridge all the way out? Any way to add a thermostat on the AC only. It looks like the piece where hose connects is a separate, removable part.

No RV repair we talked with would even tackle rewiring the DC portion because of fire hazard. Just paid $7000 to get CASE and lift pump replaced and have to wait on refrigerator.

Thanks to all of you for your help.

My refrigerator drain hose got so brittle it just kept breaking shorter and shorter. I was able to remove all the mount screws inside and slide it forward just enough to get your hand up to the top back through the outside vent panel. I replaced it with some good braided hose.
