Replacement ATS only 3 wire input instead of 4?

Any advice on this? I got a replacement ATS for my 04 Winnebago Ultimate as the old one's contactor wouldnt throw anymore from shore to gennie power. I called Furrion and they said this is what I needed. Last part of the install and I'm connecting the 4 wire connector from the gennie and the ATS inputs on the gennie only have 3 inputs. Black and Red have a spot, but the white neutral is just one input and the gennie wire has 2 white neutrals. Is there any way to make this work? I assumed that a 4 wire system meant I had 2 hot legs for 220v, but now I see that I have 2 white wires that I'm reading are both neutral? What am I missing?

Your generator is most likely 120 volt ×2 legs. That you can confirm with a volt meter or the generator specs.

If its 120 volt only, you can tie the 2 whites together and put them under one terminal.

The Onan 7500 & 8000 diesel models are 2x 120v but not 240v, which I think is what twinboat described. If that's it, combine the neutrals.
