Rhino flex

I'm having an issue with my heavy duty rhino flex hose. Despite connecting it at the collar, it still seems to come apart. I'm using the heavy black rubbery hose not the brown one. Any ideas!

I just bought one of these a while back. I had to unscrew the lock nut, run the hose on further and then re tighten the lock nut. Lock nut is LH Thread. After that, it works flawlessly.

Are you screwing the hose in or just pushing the hose in to the connector. Screwing it in works best then tighten the lock ring.

By its design, you must screw the hose onto the connector and then tighten the LH Thread Lock Ring to secure it. When they come out of the box new, there is a note wrapped around the hose to advise of the requirement to tighten it before use.
